Introduction

Bangladesh is a country with a significant agricultural sector; it provides the majority of our income. Agriculture is essential to our existence. Our culture is rooted in agriculture. Our daily existence depends either directly or indirectly on agriculture. We are not reliant on anyone for our daily nourishment because of agriculture. This agriculture provides us with all of our food throughout the year.

Currently, purchasing a variety of fresh vegetables is rather pricey. The requirements for certain foods or veggies can be satisfied at home. Our daily vitamin requirements can also be met at home from a modest location close to the house. Now, if we choose, we can prepare a modest amount of our daily diet at home. And to do that, we need a good, healthy farming system. Now we can acquire all the vegetables we need at home.

Currently, our world is very lacking in various types of nutritious food, and most people are getting very few vegetables on their daily food lists. So, if we can create a demand for these vegetables in a small area near our house, we will benefit greatly and will be able to meet the demand for vegetables very easily.

And keeping these plans in mind, SESDO has taken the initiative to implement this project. SESDO wants this project to help people meet their nutritional needs and become financially independent.

Significance

Vegetable gardens at home are frequently marketed as a means to reduce household expenses by enabling inexpensive access to fruits and vegetables. By lowering food expenses more than the expenses related to vegetable production, it encourages a varied and nutrient-dense diet at a lower cost. If garden labor is omitted from cost calculations, an examination of public data indicates that home vegetable gardens are profitable.

Vegetable gardens are therefore receiving a lot of attention as a technique to improve household food security and nutrition. Home gardens have stood the test of time and are an essential component of regional food systems and the agricultural landscape of developing nations all over the world. By considering these above importance SESDO undertaken this project due to continuous improvement of rural economic and healthy life.
