Project Preface:
The majority of the population of Bangladesh, a developing nation in South Asia, lives in villages. Before the country gained independence, its citizens supported themselves through a variety of jobs. And one of them is raising animals. To better their socio-economic and economic circumstances, the majority of Bangladesh’s rural residents engage in various forms of animal husbandry. They can raise their standard of living and strengthen their financial security, on the one hand. Today, a large portion of the educated youth in our nation work directly in the animal husbandry industry.

The majority of our nation’s rural residents work in animal husbandry. Many of them even use the income from this animal husbandry to feed their entire families. But because of various illnesses, natural disasters, and illiteracy, these household animals get sick or even pass away. The main causes of this are our rural residents’ lack of awareness, their lack of resources, and their inability to promptly administer appropriate care.
These rural residents, whose primary source of income is animal husbandry, are standing close to SESDO. These personalities are important to the socioeconomic and economic growth of SESDO.

Rural residents are assisting in the growth of the region’s socio-economic structure, and SESDO is the only organization in the region to have started this project.
Importance
It is widely accepted that the advancement of civilization has led to domesticated animals being used directly or indirectly for human welfare in both our country and other countries. Several agricultural byproducts, such as entertainment for a civilized society, wholesome and delectable food for people, farmer family income, foreign income, straightforward employment to address the issue of unemployment, organic fertilizers for fuel and land, traction power and vehicles, and animal feed, should be in sufficient supply.
The use of raw agricultural materials, healthy management of land unsuitable for crop cultivation, materials from small animal laboratories for the development and efficacy testing of human and animal vaccines, inexpensive materials for the manufacture of cosmetics, and domesticated animals are more or less regarded as necessities of life depending on the country and region. In order to achieve these benefits indicated in relation to contemporary methods of successfully raising animals, effective technologies are currently being applied in family or commercial farms. The use of contemporary technology to produce high-quality milk, meat, and eggs at desired quantities requires farmers at all levels to have a complete understanding of all the practical procedures and technologies required. This is expressly stated here.

Therefore, it is crucial to provide these rural residents with a variety of animal husbandry information, educate them on the fundamentals of animal husbandry, such as the fundamental treatments for a variety of animal diseases, and inform them. since one of the primary sources of income for our rural residents is livestock. As a result, SESDO places a high value on the project’s breadth and importance.
