Women’s empowerment actually refers to the growth of women’s identity, safety, individuality, freedom of choice, etc. on a material and intellectual level. In other words, if a woman has the freedom to make her own decisions and can act safely in her own way or at work, that environment is referred to as one that supports women. Empowerment does indeed come from the mind. There won’t be any more barriers to women’s empowerment if all of society’s men and women act generously without viewing one another as their rivals. However, historically speaking, women continue to be denied their full rights in our social system and are disadvantaged in a variety of ways. SESDO is committed to advancing women’s social rights and achieving financial independence through this project.
