Before We Restore Mangroves, We Build Relationships
Community-led restoration doesn’t begin with planting.
It begins with listening.
At Mangroves4Life, we work alongside local women, young people, fishers, farmers, and community leaders to understand the landscape before taking action. Together, we explore changing tides, natural regeneration, biodiversity, and the future of the landscapes they call home.
These conversations shape every restoration decision we make.
That is the heart of Community-Based Ecological Mangrove Restoration (CBEMR).
For us, restoration is not simply about planting trees. It is about building trust, strengthening community stewardship, and restoring the relationship between people and nature.
As we prepare for the 2026 restoration season in Gabura Union, our commitment remains the same: to support community-led ecological restoration that strengthens biodiversity, climate resilience, and sustainable livelihoods while empowering local communities to become long-term stewards of their coastal ecosystems.
We are deeply grateful to everyone supporting Mangroves4Life through Ma Earth’s Funding Round 3. Every contribution and every shared story helps strengthen this community-led journey.
If this vision of restoration resonates with you, we invite you to learn more about Mangroves4Life and join us in restoring one of the world’s most important mangrove ecosystems.

Together, we are restoring more than mangroves.
We are restoring hope, resilience, and a future where people and nature thrive together.
